The Statler, Curio Collection by Hilton, in downtown Dallas is the official conference hotel and location.

UNT Dallas has negotiated a discounted conference rate of $279/night, plus taxes & fees.

To receive this rate, please make your reservation before Tuesday, March 21st.

The hotel check-in time is 4:00pm and check-out time is 11:00am. The Hotel can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for attending functions on departure day.

Dallas is served by two airports – Love Field and DFW Airport.

Attendees are responsible for parking charges. Both valet and self-parking are available. More details will be added when available.

On the first day, April 20th, refreshments are complimentary during the break and at the reception.

On the second day, April 21st, breakfast and lunch are included.

Options will be available for individuals with dietary restrictions.

The conference schedule, speakers, and general information will be available through the Whova App. Please download the app and search within it for Advancing Mobility 2023.

Registration for the conference is non-refundable. Should a registrant no longer be able to attend, they may transfer their registration to another member of their organization by contacting Milan Sevak at Milan.Sevak@untdallas.edu.
